I believe most of their teachers have Masters degrees, who also pour into students, developing trust and relationships. The staff at Tampa Prep like Head of School, Kevin Plummer, are some of the nicest and most thoughtful people I have ever met and really go out of their way to get to know every student. I tell people this a lot: during one of my very first days at the school, I remember passing by a group of kids speaking Chinese, then by another group speaking Russian, then another speaking Spanish, then Portuguese!
